Greenore

Greenore

The Victorian splendour of Greenore reflects its past as railway terminal and ferry port for the Holyhead crossing. You can experience a bit of the oul' dacency in the tea rooms and museum in the Co-op Building on Euston Street. And while you're there you might as well check out the golf course around the corner. Keep an eye out for Finn, our resident dolphin

Finn, The Dolphin

Finn has been a resident of Carlingford Lough since 2020.  His appearance around the Greenore coastline has brought much joy to the people and visitors to the area. He is a bottlenose dolphin who seems to like his solitary existence.

Visitors and locals can see his playful antics from the Greenore shore. It is very to respect his space and not disrupt his resting and eating habits
