The ethos of the centre is to offer fun and challenging activities in a safe and friendly environment.

We have over 100 bikes to offer for all sizes - Hybrids ,EBikes and kids! We also offer doggie/child trailers & child seats. 3 hour/Full Day or weekly. Helmets/bags/locks/map included in price! 

Dundalk Stadium is a horse and greyhound racing venue in Ireland. It is located to the north of Dundalk in County Louth.The total build cost €35million with a modern grandstand, elevated viewing areas, restaurant and bars.

Our guides will take you on a tour of the historic remains, including Carlingford Castle. We meet you at the Station House and begin the tour at Carlingford Castle standing guard majestically on a rocky outcrop over the town. This introduces the story of our historic town.

Enjoy a fun, family ride in Carlingford with OnYerBike. They have bikes for every age, height and size so that all the family can join in and enjoy a fabulous time together.​

🧘‍♀️We will start the day with gentle stretching suitable for all abilities. This restorative session on the beach listening to the waves will focus on stretching for relaxation & breathing to calm the nervous system.

💦Then it’s off to the sea for a refreshing dip. Revitalise your body in the gentle waves. Experience the lightness & buoyancy of salt water. Enjoy the invigoration!
